Helping NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) Young Men Rebuild Confidence, Emotional Intelligence, and Direction. One-to-one coaching for young men aged 16–24 who feel stuck and want to re-engage with education, training, or employment.

The Problem:

Many young men who are not in education, employment, or training are not lazy or unmotivated.

They are often struggling with:

  • Low confidence and self-belief

  • Anxiety and emotional overwhelm

  • Difficulty communicating or socialising

  • Loss of identity after negative experiences

  • Fear of failure or rejection

Without support, these emotional barriers can keep young men stuck, even when opportunities are available.

Who is it for:

- Young men aged 16–24 who are NEET

- Young men struggling with confidence, anxiety, or direction

- Families seeking supportive, practical guidance

- Professionals looking for complementary support for young people

About me:

I’m a qualified life coach specialising in emotional intelligence and confidence development. Alongside my coaching practice, I work professionally as a SENCo and education specialist, with extensive experience supporting young people with additional needs, emotional challenges, and disengagement from education.

This combined background allows me to understand both the emotional barriers young men face and the practical systems they need to re-engage successfully.

The Solution:

Life-Hak Coaching provides structured, one-to-one support focused on emotional intelligence, confidence, and practical re-engagement.

This is not therapy, and it’s not generic employability training.

It’s coaching that helps young men:

  • Understand and regulate their emotions

  • Rebuild confidence and self-belief

  • Develop communication and social skills

  • Clarify goals and direction

  • Take realistic, supported next steps

How it works:

Step 1: Initial Conversation

A free, no-pressure conversation to understand the young person’s situation and goals.

Step 2: Structured Coaching

Weekly one-to-one sessions focused on emotional intelligence, confidence, and readiness for action.

Step 3: Re-Engagement

Support to move toward education, training, employment, or meaningful next steps.

If you’re supporting a young man who feels stuck, disengaged, or unsure of his next step, I’d be happy to talk.
